Hillary Clinton's closest aides hid the private email scandal from her campaign team in the months before the official launch of her presidential campaign, emails made public by WikiLeaks show.
Robby Mook, Clinton's campaign manager, John Podesta, Clinton's campaign chair, and Neera Tanden, co-chair of Clinton's transition team, each expressed shock at the revelations about her private server as they emerged in early March 2015.
Although Clinton's team had performed research on her in 2014 as staff prepared for her campaign, Clinton's inner circle apparently steered Mook and others away from the issue until it was too late.
When Podesta asked Mook if he had "any idea of the depth of this story," Mook answered simply, "Nope."

The first rule of the Clinton Crime Family is you don’t talk family business to your hired help.
Hillary surrounds herself with a whole bunch of yes men(And yes women) they turn a blind eye to EVERYTHING she does..its not about the crimes she commits, its the bigger picture, their progressive Commie agenda taking over
Hey, where are the Hitler videos commemorating this event?
(Make your own Hitler video site.)
I have searched youtube, there is not a single “Hitler learns Comey is investigating again” video anywhere.
See what happens when the UN gets the internet?
Funny. It never occurred to them they might want to do a little oppo research on their own candidate? After her history? They deserve it!
I’m not buying it, an attempt at plausible deniability
Now why would the russians make THAT up?
That darn prison time for breaches of National Security -— guess Bill and Hillary are trying to figure out who and how many to sacrifice as useful idiots.
Meanwhile, yeah, this sounds like propaganda.
Im not buying it, an attempt at plausible deniability

Reminds me of the concentration camp guard defense.”WE did what we were told to do,” they would say.
This defense is totally lame. Everyone one knew.
Rats jumping off sinking ship.
This just underscores how egocentric these clowns are.
Hillary really was very secretive, and only told her staff what they needed to know.
Bill was the main quid pro quo guy cash collection guy working out in the field.
Most of the staff knew pieces of the puzzle but did not fully understand all the pieces.
Make no mistake—Podesta, Mook etal were part of the coverup and were actively engaged in obstruction of justice and obstruction of a Congressional investigation.
However, the record is clear (imho) that there was a period of time when they did not know about the Clinton private email system and its use as a mechanism of the Clinton Foundation pay for play scheme.
“I was only FOLLOWING ORDERS...”
Harry Truman once said that you could not get rich in politics unless you were a crook. The Clintons have amassed over $250 million during their years in politics without producing any goods or services. They want even more. Corrupt Hillary is a lying sick old crook, who accepts bribes and betrays our country. Everything she says and does, or causes to be said or done, must be viewed with the utmost suspicion. Her promises are worthless, unless they enrich her in some way. Her husband is a rapist and a pedophile whom she has actively enabled
You have to ask them that question—but they probably didn’t want to know what was going on at the Clinton Foundation. They knew there was a stench over there, but they just covered their noses, eyes and ears until they forced to focus on it.
Then they joined in the coverup.

Hasn’t Podesta been front and center on the scandal up til now?

No, I completely believe this. I believe that this was Hillary’s own paranoid little scheme, Bill was barely aware of it, but Huma of course, and via Huma, Wiener. Others should’ve known based on her email address, but they may have been suffering from the blind men trying to describe an elephant syndrome.
