Democratic National Committee interim chairwoman Donna Brazile admonished the FBI Friday for telling Congress it found new emails related to Hillary Clinton's private server, and called on the federal agency to state immediately that the Democratic nominee is in the clear.
"FBI Director Comey unequivocally cleared Hillary Clinton of any intentional wrongdoing three months ago, and said that no reasonable prosecutor would pursue the case in question further. Now, 11 days away from the election, he released a vague letter that immediately led to rampant speculation in the news media," Brazile said in a statement provided to the Washington Examiner.
"This would be an irresponsible action at any time and, unsurprisingly, Donald Trump and Republicans are rushing to politicize this episode without any of the facts," her statement added.

Brazile is neither brain dead nor a moron, and characterizing people like her this way diminishes the real and mortal danger she and others like her are to our Republic.

Uh, no Donna. Comey spoke of mountains of evidence of wrongdoing, but would not say if their was intent, or simply incompetence.
Irrelevant of course, the laws broken do not even require intent for an indictment to be recommended...

Dream on you “brain dead buffalo” ... Hilly was not cleared ... it looks like Hilly is sending you out to “janitor up” another one of her messes.
After the litany of all the laws Hilly broke at the July Comey presser & subsequent testimony before Congress by Comey, it was more evident than ever that Hilly should have been indicted and prosecuted but was not for political reasons rather than the rule of law applying to all equally.
That being said, this email problem that has come back from what was assumed by Hilly to be the ‘dead’ file 11 days before the election is SELF-INFLICTED by Hillary herself (she always had the option to either not do it in the first place or come clean a long time ago) and Comey’s problem now is also self-inflicted for being a WEASEL & running a faux investigation in the first place.
Depends on what the meaning of “has” is.

Ms Donna assumes facts not in evidence, Hillary has never been cleared, she was, by FBI & DoJ executive decision, made an UN-INDICTED / UN-INDICTABLE co-conspirator! Comey said she did do much of what she was charged with BUT he would not indict because he could not find INTENT!
