Thanks!! I’m VERY excited about the overnight Daybreak poll and PRAY it continues tonight.

I am feeling VERY GOOD about this elections, sans fraud.

A lot of people were shocked when MD elected Hogan.

I’m not sure about Maryland - we Old Line deplorables are pretty used to our presidential votes being cast for the principle of the thing.

But I’m feeling pretty good, too ;-)

MD has strong ties to DC. Don’t expect any goods news out of that state.

All that assumes Obama coalition is turning out for Hillary.

Didn’t happen in 2014. Looks like its not happening in D strongholds in eastern MD.

Maryland voting is controlled by Baltimore City and PG County. If you look at the demographics you will understand why Trump doesn't have a chance in hell of winning in MD.

The AA turnout will be lower than '08 and '12, but that doesn't change the math. Forget Md.

Baltimore is around 10% of the population while the turnout in Baltimore is now at 7%. More than 10% of the entire vote of 2012 was cast first day of voting and 93% of that came from Republican strongholds.

It bodes well for Trump. He won’t win Maryland, but if he is close in MD he will win the entire election. MD went more than 60-40 for Barrack.

Remember Anthony Brown? Esteemed guru Nate Silver gave him a 94% chance of winning the MD gubernatorial election.

He lost. That was 2014. Never say never.

NEVER SAY NEVER!! With God anything’s possible!! :)

I’m from NY. So I have to think that way in order to vote!

Not a snowball’s chance he wins MD, sad to say. Feds are the largest employer, very large minority populations, and boatloads of liberals in select counties always outnumber the normal of us here.

I think you mean it came from D strongholds.

Big Trump turnout in Western MD.

No one expected Larry Hogan to pull ahead in 2014.

Was the upset no one saw coming.

lots and lots of bernie losers in maryland...

very spiteful of what happened.

it will be close, but socialists scorned will vote vindictively against hillary.

trump will win maryland with a minority of the vote... under fifty percent, but enough. you heard it here...

Ask Hogan how he won.

Large minority population and boatloads of liberals on the eastern side of the state.

You’d have written him off in 2014. Seriously, a guy with 6% prospect of winning stands no chance to win.

In a Blue State.

I understand, but the dynamics of this presidential election are much different than that gubernatorial snoozefest. JMO. I will be thrilled to be proven wrong!

The voting method is different each county in Maryland.

Anne Arundel County - between DC and Baltimore, including Annapolis - has marked paper ballots which are electronically scanned.... able to be checked if someone messes with the tally.

I agree completely... remember they elected a Republican governor. My family is from the Baltimore area. My grandma was the sweetest person. In all the years I knew her I never heard her say a cross word to anyone, never saw her angry. But, when I asked her how she felt when FDR died her face grew hard and she said, “I wished he was twins so he could die twice!” Whoa, Grandma!
Maryland could go Republican.

I’d love to see it, I really would.. but I don’t think AA turnout, while it will certainly be down from 08 and 12, is going to be so low as MD turns red... would be great to see... if MD goes R... its hard to think of too many states she could possibly manage to hold onto.
