I pray there is video. This lawyer should be able to retire very comfortably after his lawsuit concludes.

I followed a link posted in this or another thread to a news source. There are several news sources saying what happened in the courtroom after the verdict.

In a speech this week Putin noted that a vast propaganda machine controls the thinking of Americans and asked if America is now a banana republic. The short answer is ‘yes.’ An entirely amoral ruling class-—a crime syndicate protected and empowered by a propaganda machine-—is in control. Its tentacles stretch down into every level of government, certain seminaries, media, entertainment, corporations, etc., which explains why innocent men (Bundy’s, Finnicums,Ammons) were harassed and arrested, Voy Finnicum gunned down, and then when these victims of the crime syndicate were found innocent, their lawyer was tazed by corrupt law(less) officers. We have a fight on our hands. It is a war between good and evil.

...except Lavoy was murdered by the FBI just as the the wife and child of another individual cleared of a bogus FED charge in ID and all those who were incinerated by the FBI at WACO.

This verdict certainly was a giant beginning of push back by twelve western states denied their public lands at statehood. Had those twelve states been given their public lands, this incident would not have happened, and the twelve would not be facing half or more of their public lands being considered Federally owned.

Today is a good day!

A Really good day!

Now if Lavoy Finicum gets the same Good Day, or rather his family, oops never mind Lavoy was gunned down by the same Government that attempted to railroad the seven in court. So good days are relative. Don’t ever forget the sacrifice Lavoy made in the effort to bring some degree of justice to the entire Federal overreach on a score of issues.

Two or three issues come to mind.

Planned event. My question who is in charge in a courtroom?

I want the names of those six, and if I was the lawyer in question, a lawsuit would be forthcoming against them. The judge certainly was in on it from the beginning or lost control of the courtroom.

No evidence whatsoever of what would precipitate such action from Federal Marshals other than being pissed off at the verdict and thinking that they were Gods gift to courtroom justice. Damn them one and all.

It tells you exactly what kind of country you live in. Didn’t take more than about 200 years to get there. There but for the Grace of God go all of us. I have a good friend who was in Burns for the protest and fortunately turned for home before being a part of the extended protest.

After the jury handed down its decision, Judge Anna Brown allowed all of the refuge
occupiers to leave the courtroom except for Ammon and Ryan Bundy. Both men have federal
holds for a separate ranching standoff in Nevada that was led by their father Cliven Bundy.

Amen Jeff, and very very sorry to hear of the return of your cancer. Thanks for all you do for the cause of Liberty and Freedom. You are not forgotten. You just happen to be about a thousand miles closer to events than I and about twenty years younger. Thanks for responding so readily to the sound of the guns. Prayers for another miracle in your life.

“As deputy marshals yelled, “Stop resisting,’’ the judge demanded, “Everybody out of the courtroom now!’’”

Seems to be standard modern police tactic, while they are beating the tar out of a suspect who is otherwise not resisting at all. I am not a fan of qualified immunity.

I don’t see it ending well for any of the defendants or their attorneys. Resisting leviathan, especially publicly is unacceptable to our “betters”. Recall that the Waco survivors were given what, 20 or 30 years for the automatic W’s after being acquitted on the other charges.

I went over to a liberal forum to see the reaction to this news. Stunning (/s) to see that most there want to see fedgov stick it to these defendants with different federal charges and/or civil fines. Looks to me that we are already in a kind of civil war.

That's because the libs see the fedgov as the expression of their will — it's themselves; after all, they voted for it.

That's also why they go so insane when they suspect that they might lose control of it.

You are right, all days are relative. But I have to imagine, that LaVoy looking down, seeing his sons found not guilty, was a good day in his eyes.

Americans, as a whole, should see yesterday as a good day.

Americans, also, should see the events of the day of LaVoys murder, as some of the most troubling events of our time. Ambush, blind corner, previously prepared fields of fire.... these things should worry every freedom loving American.

They want people of faith and principle, especially Christians, destroyed. Permanently.
