When a political partisan -- and paid political hack -- publicly calls for the Clinton Foundation to be shut down, he's not doing it out of any sense of moral or legal principles.
He's doing it because he knows the political damage is getting catastrophic.

#2 I think you are wrong. Chuck Toad is a Clinton butt sniffer. He’s pushing the Clinton story.
In the next few days Illary will claim they will shut it down due to the perception left in the press. Then Toad and all his friends in the Clinton Rally team will proclaim any emails or videos are “old news”and irrelevant because they are shutting it down
Then it’s back to something Trump said 25 years ago.
