I wish that were the case, but there’s 7 other districts in the state, and the two that cover the cities of Minneapolis and St Paul will go heavily for Clinton. Could make some of that up in the suburbs, and the 7th district, and other rural districts will help some too. Unfortunately, I don’t think it will be enough.
I don’t think Minnesota is in play, but I see this kind of trend as a bellwether of Trump’s strength in traditional Democratic strongholds in Rust Belt states.
