Police say they’ve arrested 10 protesters for chaining themselves together and lying down on the George Washington Bridge.
Joe Pentangelo of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey says seven men and three women were in custody at around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
It wasn’t immediately clear what the protest was about. …
