In terms of individual rights, there has probably never been so much at stake in a presidential election. If Hillary Clinton wins, Americans will soon lose the right of self-defense in their own homes.
Wednesday night in Las Vegas moderator Chris Wallace quickly started off the debate by asking Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton about the Second Amendment. Hillary was asked about her claim: "the Supreme Court is wrong on the Second Amendment.”
The 2008 Heller decision struck down Washington, D.C.’s complete ban on handguns. Before the decision, people in the District could own a rifle or a shotgun, it was a felony to load the gun. This amounted to a complete ban on guns, and the Supreme Court said that Washington went too far.
But then, on Wednesday night, Clinton suggested that Wallace had misunderstood her statement.
She explained: "I support the Second Amendment . . . I disagreed with the way the court applied the Second Amendment in that case because what the District of Columbia was trying to do was to protect toddlers from guns. And so they wanted people with guns to safely store them."
But the Supreme Court did nothing at all to stop safe-storage laws. And the Justices that Clinton promises to appoint to the High Court will, in all likelihood, again make it possible for the government to ban guns. . . .

Doesn’t matter what some leftist SCOTUS says, a corrupt President who should be in prison says, or what some global court, entity, UN, or body says. Americans aren’t surrendering their arms and they’ll die to protect their freedoms just like their forefathers have done throughout the course of this nation.
If Hillary Clinton wins this election, we will no longer have a Government of the people, by the people, and for the people, but we will then have a Criminal Enterprise of the criminals, by the criminals, and for the criminals, and, yes, we will perish from the Earth.

That being said, it's my assertion that the 2nd Amendment applies to the entire planet.
She can come fight me for it.
They will have to issue search warrants. Not just us, but Americans generally will not voluntarily turn over their firearms.
If it comes to that, they will have transmogrified into weapons.

Only 3% raised arms against the British in the 1770s. Today that percentage would be much greater. I think it would be at least 30% (if not more) today.
I am the descendant of the revered 3%. I think you can guess where I’d stand, if worse came to worst.
The same for the any number of Rights...
Property being just one of said inalienable. Yet, I have a hard time remembering it being staunchly defended. In fact, I have a ‘pay stub’ showing how little of this Right, as they steal a goodly % to give to others and ‘save’...for ‘my benefit’ (should I live that long and they *allow*), of course.
I haven’t seen any roving bands of Patriots removing these tyrants from office nor head from shoulders. So, call me skeptical if one wishes

Uh, no. The right is inalienable. We only lose it at death (and in that event, all other temporal and mortal rights are also lost). The only way I will give up my rights — especially the right to defend me and mine — is with my death. And even then the right still exists, though I don’t (at least in the mortal coil).

The propaganda press will embargo any local reports of thugs, government or otherwise, being neutralized by state or local governments.
In South Carolina, one of the big chiefs in BLM was arrested for attempted murder. He’ll get 5 to 10 years in state prison.
The propaganda press will also not report the ongoing race war between blacks and Mexicans. All is not sweet and pleasant between the rat’s favorite pets.
