On TuesdaysCNN Newsroom, anchor Brooke Baldwin asserted that there already are are term limits on members of Congress. Baldwin said, [L]et me just relay this to everyone, that apparently, from the Trump camp, there is another major announcement that Trump will make today as part of his pledge to drain the swamp, we keep hearing drain the swamp in Washington. He says, If Im elected president, I will push for a constitutional amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress, correct me, there already are term limits, so what does he mean?

She’s dumb enough for CNN to keep I guess. LOL.
That's an understatement. I was watching "Hunt For Red October" when my daughter asked me who was playing the Jack Ryan character. I couldn't recall and totally didn't recognize him! (yea - I'm at the age where my kids correct me more and more often ;'}
Neither am I - for the reasons you list plus the fact that it gives leftists a huge advantage. Leftists vote for the "D" brand whereas pubbies vote for the person. Since one leftist is just like the next they nearly always vote for their team but we decline to vote for a "R" if he's a scoundrel. Advantage dhimmicrats.
He wants to pull off what Tina Fey did to Sarah Palin so he can feel like he's not worthless.
He was good-looking. Boy, did that go south. Bad character does that.
Well in fairness, that IS a term limit, but certainly not what this idiot meant.
you can’t fix that kind of stupid
What, a CNN propagandist being ignorant and/or lying? I’’m shocked, just SHOCKED, I tell you all.

Damn. I still use my aol mail :p
Nah, I don’t suspect that was deliberate. She’s just that stupid...
Ms. Baldwin, don’t forget to remind your audience that Republicans vote on November 8 and Democrats vote on November 9.
One of life's mysteries, like how they get the caramel in the Caramilk bar.

Why such surprise? Most of these on air commentators are lawyers. People are so grossly uneducated as to be almost criminal. Eight years ago, I went to a debate between Christine O’Donnell and self-avowed Marxist Chris Coons when she asked him to name the five freedoms in the First Amendment.
He couldn’t name them (speech, press, religion, assembly and redress) and judging by the laughter, neither could the law students at Widener Law School in attendance.
Can’t put anything over on her, now can you? What a friggin’ moron!
I used to feel that way too. However, after experiencing the abject stupidity of the American voter - thanks to our public education system - for the better part of 60 years; coupled with our bloated welfare state in which leeches are allowed to vote themselves more benefits via the largesse of members of both parties at the expense of the rest of us; and now seeing in living color incontrovertible evidence that many of our elected officials probably weren’t elected at all, I’m now 100% in favor of term limits.
Hey Brooke Baby; We are aware of the fact that a congress critters term is 2 years and a senate parasite gets 6 years to get rich.
I think Mr. Trump was referring to the number of terms, or did that just go over your pointy little head?
If we had real term limits, we wouldn’t have to drag so many of these professional, political, leaching, parasites out on a gurney or in a body bag.
Congressional Term = Life Span.
What a fool I was not to see this.
