Health Care: President Obama once told the country that ObamaCare was a "great product." When open enrollment for ObamaCare begins on Nov. 1, millions of Americans will discover just how big a lie this was.
Although the mainstream press has largely ignored it during this election in favor of wall-to-wall coverage of Donald Trump's alleged misdeeds, ObamaCare is absolutely coming unglued.
When the exchanges open for business in two weeks, people looking for insurance there will find far fewer choices, sky-high premiums and lower-quality plans.
A recent analysis by Bloomberg found that because insurance companies have bailed out of so many ObamaCare markets, more than 1.4 million people will be forced to switch plans during open enrollment. In most cases, that will mean finding new doctors and other providers as well.
Millions will find only one insurance company participating in their area. Oklahoma, Alaska, Wyoming, Alabama and South Carolina will have one ObamaCare insurer statewide, and so will most counties in Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina. Before ObamaCare, 17 insurers competed for business in Kansas. When the exchanges open up in November, most will have a choice of two.

That’s fine for the 1% of the population that lives by your rules.

Wrong,wrong,WRONG!
When all the dust had settled (which won't be for another few years now) we'll see that the Rat Party has won.
To keep from being angry all of the time, I have to remember that much of it comes with the territory. Fortunately, my instincts tell me that I should be satisfied knowing that my side is not on the wrong side of history and that this “territory” was developed by people living on the wrong side of morality and patriotism.

That’s right citizens. In celebration of the generosity of the wise and great Obama, you chocolate rations will be increased from 100 grams per month to 50! Let’s hear it for the oligarchy!
Don't forget exempt from the turd sandwich they're serving up to the rest of us.
Just in time for folks to take note - before the election.
Soylent Green anyone?
You forgot to mention the constipation that accompanies extremely clenched sphincters for those with superiority complexes.
Timing. I wish it were this week but at least it is before the election.
The real eye opener will be when smaller market hospitals, clinics and physician practices start to close.

That has been going on for a few years now. Very few physician practices left. Most are employees of large corporate entities.

I like John Goodman’s ideas. He is the developer of health savings accounts.
Exactly. The GOP is now part of the problem.
“Oh, you voted for Trump in 2016? No medical care for you!”
Can you please tell me the difference between an overpriced healthcare system you can’t afford that transitioned in, from a working system that was attacked by the same people that got the new system in crookedly, and one that left alone would have worked and did work for a couple of hundred years? It was called free enterprise and set up competitive healthcare. Obamacare is nothing but government smoke and mirrors to control the country under the government paw. Oh, and take care of their friends and make some money on the side.

LOL, our corporation is going to start open enrollment the day after the election (just a coincidence, I’m sure). Our CEO (like most) is a libtard lover, so he’s holding exactly how surprising it’s going to be this year.
Well said.
"Redistribution" of wealth was/is not the prime goal.
The collective noise, from those that are responsible/healthy, paying for the lazy/poor lifestyle choices/sick, will be the onus for the Fed/Mommy-Daddy gov., to Regulated the lifestyles of Citizens.
Sin Taxes, mandatory health checks with reporting to IRS?, food, drink, activities.
"gvns and activities with them (hunting) are major health risks"... fees & taxes to be assessed. Fast car, driving fast, drive a lot - risk.
Since home repairs result in high numbers of ER visits, there's a big risk...
The Sky's the Limit!!
And speaking of the 'Sky'- having a personal aircraft is really, really risky...
