A Swedish prosecutor has ruled that the ISIS flag does not constitute hate speech and is therefore legal under Swedish law.
Prosecutor Gisela Sjövall announced last week that she would not prosecute a 23-year-old man who had posted the black ISIS flag on his Facebook page in June.
Police in Laholm, a town on Sweden’s west coast, had launched a criminal investigation into the man, who comes originally from Syria, on suspicion of committing "hate speech".

We are at war, although W was too mushy to ask for an official declaration after 9/11. So let me as you, Trump2016, should flying the Nazi flag from your front porch have been legal or illegal during WW II?
I am sensitive to government overreach. But this is a war isue, not a civil rights issue.

Some truth to that! But such a move might also weaken national morale, especially after news of an Axis victory somewhere. FDR had it right where W had it wrong. If you're going to fight a war, go all-in, both at home and on the front lines.
