A “bed” is standard fare among conversion vans. It just means the back bench seat pulls out flat. It’s funny because it makes her look low energy, but it’s probably not a custom feature - just something that was already in the van.

We had a van for many years and I think the power bed/couch is standard in most models. They are quite roomy inside compared to most vehicles, but I would think she would be more comfortable in a class B, RV where she would have access to more conveniences in addition to all the space. I truly miss our van.
