The destructive attack on the UAE Swift HSV, and now the third attempted missile attack on the USS Mason. I almost want to put "....to be continued" at the end of this article.

Whose bright idea is it to leave our guys out where the Muslims are just using them for target practice?

Total bull crap. No proof of incident and no proof of source. Don’t fall for this “Gulf of Tonkin” — “WMD” lie again. This is all about Donald Trump and obozo is using OUR military!!! This is a LIE!!

Swift was actually made in Australia, had been on lease to USN, then left our service and went to...UAE or Qatar, or something..?

Houthi rebels used C-801, less advanced than C-802, which is a knock-off of our Exocet.

Some people claim the Houthi attacks are being used as premise for the USA to go down there and “get biz done” on behalf of the rich, corrupt, lazy Saudis, who of course are used to simply hiring anyone to do stuff for them...

I'd like to know why the headline doesn't read:

U.S. Navy Destroyer Fired On Again Off what used to be Yemen

"Officials Saturday night were uncertain about what exactly happened, if there were multiple incoming missiles or if there was a malfunction with the radar detection system on the destroyer."

As an Navy EW during Vietnam, I found evading/deflecting vampires was the most nerve-racking job ever invented. It was like doing timed math problems in your head with a gun pointed between your eyes.

I will wait until the info can be verified.  I don't trust government sources or AP for now.

From AP:

http://bigstory.ap.org/article/a9b80c217e9d42818c132d7c1624ce18/us-navy-investigates-possible-missile-fire-yemen

An American defense official told The Associated Press on Sunday that one of the ships saw on radar what sailors believed to be missiles being fired on it out of Yemen at night. The official spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss details of the incident not yet made public.

This continues because we let it. I guess everybody wants to get their licks in before Trump takes over.

Back up the bus! Post 14 says this is NOT an active duty US Navy ship anymore. If the UAE owns it and mans it, I don’t care if the rebels in Yemen sink the damn thing. That’s a problem for the UAE — not US.

On Monday, Hellary will say that we should destroy all Yemeni missile bases.

On Tuesday, Obama will launch several drone strikes against Yemeni targets, and say it’s to prevent missile attacks against US ships.

Obama has drawn another red line in the sea and dared them to cross it.

Instead of sending in cruise missiles to radar sites, he should be deep-sixing every Iranian military vessel within 500 miles.

Ok, we keep sailing back and forth off their shores. One of these times their missiles are going to get lucky.
