The latest poll from ABC News and the Washington Post says the race is a statistical tie, with Clinton leading by only four points in a poll with a four-point margin of error.
Clintons lead is the same in a head-to-head matchup, or with independent candidates factored in. In a two-way race, ABC News/WaPo reports Clinton 50 percent, Trump 46 percent. With all four candidates in the mix, its Clinton 47 percent, Trump 43 percent, Libertarian Gary Johnson 5 percent, and the Green Partys Jill Stein two percent.
The survey was conducted between October 10 and October 13, with a modest sample size for a national survey, 740 likely voters. 90 percent of respondents said they were following the presidential race very or somewhat closely, and 85 percent said they were absolutely certain to vote.

Only 35 percent of respondents said the videotape of Trumps lewd remarks from 11 years ago made them less likely to vote for him.
A similar percentage (34 percent) said that Hillary Clintons mistreatment of women who accused Bill Clinton of sexual harassment and sexual assault was a relevant issue in the 2016 presidential campaign.

How many D’s did they spot Hillary to get that result?
Khan Job -dead
Miss Hispanderer -dead
Bimbo eruptions -dead
Arkanside- only hope!
I thought the phoney NBC/WSJ poll with Trump down 11%. Now Trump overcomes double digits in two days?
well this is good news
they;ve been making up ridiculous HilLIARy’s ahead, HilLIARy’s gonna win .. stories for months!
now they realize they have to start getting their dwindled readership ready for Mr. Trump’s victory
Sample is Dem +8. Bad news for Hillary
Wait a minute, isn’t the WP headline Monday that the race is already over, Hillary won?
Trump is going to win.
When I hear the frothing-at-the-mouth hatred coming from the tv regarding Trump, one hit after the other after the other, it’s amazing he’s tied.
He needs to blanket the country in ads of two kinds. One type should be to expose everything that’s being found out about Hitlery that the media won’t tell people, and the other should be patriotic optimism - giving people hope for a safe and prosperous future.
Yet Monday’s Washington post headline is “Election Over, Hilary hasAlready Won!” PerDrudge
It’s called propaganda. The poll is D+8 when at best it should be D+3 and if you put that equation into it then it’ means Trump is leading by 2-3 points
Two analysts on fox just said she’s got over 300 EVs!
“isnt the WP headline Monday that the race is already over”
Nope. Drudge is just mocking the WashPost. The article doesn’t say that Hillary already won.
“Two analysts on fox just said shes got over 300 EVs!”
The same ones that predicted a Romney landslide victory in 2012 (Karl Rove and Dick Morris)?
25% Repub and 33% Dem of all polled. We don’t have the spread used when determining likely voters.
But article is implying that she has won. It’s just a matter of expanding her lead for a blowout or just play it safe and win with what she already has.l according to them. Washington Post is implying that if you read it
One of the newest, and very best, of the Lame Stream Media, Fox Snooze, is leading the charge against Trump!
lol. reminds me of roosevelt and his daily gold price fix.
i can’t resist a little satire here. imagine the conversation in a future wikileaks email thread.
clinton campaign: hey you guys have me too far ahead! do me a fav and knock off 5 or 6 pts. gotta keep ours scared and theirs real.
abc: sorry poddy. no prob. we’ll get our pollster right on it.
I agree it’s probably and even race.. but why are folks posting D+8? That’s the “ALL ADULTS “ sample.. the Registered Voters if D+3.
Rasmussen has Trump ahead by 2
PPD has Trump ahead by 1.6
Daybreak has Trump ahead by 0.6
Statistical tie seems to be the consensus.
The NBC/WSJ poll with Hillary ahead by 16 is a joke.
