James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas released hidden camera video on Thursday, which shows Wisconsin’s Russ Feingold, a Democratic challenger for U.S. Senate, telling a Palo Alto, California, fundraiser that Hillary Clinton might use an executive order to enforce gun control. In a video shot during the fundraiser, O’Keefe asks Feingold, “If there’s still Republican control in Congress, and if Hillary is elected, is there anything she can do could do to, uh…”. Feingold jumps in and says, “Well, there might be executive order.”
O’Keefe responds by acting like he was learning this for the first time. In a surprised voice, he saus, “Oh, so she can…I know that President Obama…” Feingold then takes over the conversation, saying, “He did some executive orders with the aspects of waiting periods. But what we all need is to win the Senate, have her there, and then put pressure on the House. And we might win the House.”

Deer hunting is a big deal in Wisconsin, so the 2nd Amendment is cherished in Wisconsin. They enacted concealed carry a few years ago. Played correctly, this could could hurt Feingold.
I think they're talking about the internet mostly as it applies to intrastate, private party sales. Electronic classified ads and websites that don't require an FFL in the loop for intrastate transactions. From the ATF website Q&A section:

The anti-gun crowd would love to replace the above system, which is how many gun owners stay off the federal radar.
But what you get in WI is the Trump bashing, open borders, secret trade deal, faux TP turned rino Ron Johnson. He was up there slamming Trump the other day with fellow WI weasels ryan and walker.
The only good thing you can say about the weasel Ron Johnson is that he’s not stupid enough to vote against 2nd amendment (I think?).
What about no background checks on Gun Burglary Loophole transfers?
A few thoughts, being Queen of Wisconsin and all:
Feingold is a douche. And I’m being kind! When I operated Family Assistance Centers for military families of all stripes during Operation Desert Shield/Storm, I had to go to our State Capitol and ask Senator *SPIT* Feingold for a lousy $30K so we could keep our 8 Family Assistance Centers up and running, as they were needed just a little bit longer than we had planned for. Just a matter of a few more weeks before ARNG and ANG and Reservists returned. He acted as if it were a PERSONAL CHECK from HIM, and was SO condescending! You could SEE the acid dripping off of his tongue while he spoke of having to HELP military families. I loathe the man. This minor example and everything ELSE he stands for, convinces me that he is a card carrying Socialist and will continue to behave as such...as he crawls up Hillary’s! ample backside.
Trump is running some brutal, BRUTAL ads against Hillary in Wisconsin this week; they just started airing. I have not seen ONE Hillary ad, as she thinks she has Wisconsin locked up. She hasn’t been here since her bogus primary against Bernie! I’m unconvinced that Wisconsin is a lock.
If Hillary wins and Feingold gets back in, there WILL be hell to pay for Wisconsin and the rest of our Nation.

I often criticize the media for it’s liberal slant. I just checked and sure enough this story IS on the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinal website.
So this is one time where we must give kudos to the Journal Sentinal for having the story and video on their webpage!

I think I read someplace that if Wisconsin hunters were an army, they’d be the eighth largest army in the world.

Good point. In 1964 Congress rolled over for LBJ & gave him the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution which was carte blanche for escalating the Vietnam war with ground troops & no deadlines for additional approval. Look where that got us.
If the issue is martial law, however, Congresspeople will be asking themselves if they want to commit their suddenly unelectable @zzes to an extremely unpopular act by the executive branch.
Not even Adolf Hitler acted in a complete vacuum; he had to consider whom to not displease in Germany (example, “guns before butter” was disregarded; production of consumer luxury goods was not curtailed.)
Besides, AR-15’s continue to fly off the shelves and Hillary is not telling their new owners “I’ll get you, my pretties!”.

I beg to differ......You may have never heard of Gunbroker (including full auto and silencers), GunsAmerica, Sportsmansguide, Atlantic Firearms, and Centerfire Systems...... that's just the few I know of without even doing further Internet search - and the list goes on and on. Most gun shops I know that have a website will ship to the FFL nearest you.
