The problem she faced 8 years ago (against Obama in the primaries) was that she was well known; there was no “swing vote”. People loved her or hated her, and not enough DEMOCRATS loved her.

The quip about her being the opposite of honest Abe was brilliant
nice clean version which includes enough prelude to really feel the impact, the audience’s uproarious laughter, AND Anderson Cooper’s petulant complaints (which were IMO an unintendedly-perfectly timed addition).

Thanks for the video. Memories are sometimes faulty but I did hear him right - “because you’d be in jail” - and her haughty and stunned look was priceless.
The day after the first debate, Trump raised $18 MILLION in 24 hours. After this performance, he should raise $36 MILLION, at least.
It will be interesting to watch the 9, count them, 9 rallies over the next 6 days. Some of the venues can accommodate over 20,000 people, and I’ll be they’ll all be packed.

That’s a big part of what made it so great. It wasn’t rehearsed, scripted and focused-group quip like “trumped up trickled down.” It was a clear knock-out punch that she was unable to recover from.
He’s got 2 in PA, 3 in FL, 1 each in OH, NC, NH, and ME.
you know that, I know that... some of the slower types might be a bit too impressed with all the big words to understand the creepy moral implications of his worldview
If she lands in jail she may be there for a while. It’s unlikely comrade obama’s left enough money in the treasury to post her bail.
That might surpass Reagan’s “There you go again”...
