No, he was a white guy - a very average white guy...who caused an accident, then stole a police vehicle when the officer was saving a young woman’s life from a burning car, then hit no less than seven different vehicles including a VW Passat with 5 teenagers in it. All five died. The perp was ejected from the vehicle. He lived. The guy apparently lived a completely obscure, innocuous, whitebread kind of life. Until now.
Bizarre and tragic story all around.
