Did a little research on the Perp - his father (age 67) died from cancer last year in Ohio. He has been in trouble with the law for domestic violence against his girlfriend in Massachusetts and Vermont. They have a two year old child, and he threatened to kill her if she didn’t let him see his child, etc etc. He looks as whitebread as can be, but sports a beard, which is not unusual in VT. Stay tuned to learn if he is a muzlim convert.
IIRC, the thought is that alcohol relaxes the body, which lessens the damage. And yeah, unless a liberal judge decides he needs “treatment” and not punishment, he’s a permanent houseguest of the State of Vermont.
