This is a really good, highly professional article about Ryan's disastrous Sat. rally where he was just about booed off the stage for backstabbing President Trump. Looks to me like President Trump's going to get stronger due to this attemptd hit.

Trump only needs to say two words to put Hillary on her heels tonight: Monica Lewinsky.

Trump only SAID things. Bill Clinton DID things.

I’m not defending Trump’s remarks but they happened a long time ago in private when he was a private citizen.

The GOP elite was looking for an opportune excuse to dump Trump all along.

Whatever feelings of discomfort people with Trump’s remarks, the GOP’s craven behavior has sunk it to a new low.

We have seen this play out before, like the 2010 and 2012 elections where Republican elites helped destroy candidates they didn’t approve of. Rove even bragged about not helping candidates. If you want to know if Republican elites would rather lose with a candidate they don’t approve of, or accept a candidate chosen by the people and win, you need look no farther than those elections.

But to Ryan’s disappointment, it was mostly directed at him.

FU Paul Ryan, you dickless coward. I can't wait to see you and the rest of your establishment lickspittles answer for your duplicity.

If you think the first debate drew a lot of viewers, just wait until this one for tonight. It will be bigger than the Super Bowl! The whole nation, or at least those who are paying attention has been drawn into this drama. Nobody knows how it’s going to end. There are several possible outcomes.
I think the last time ‘the whole nation’ was this wrapped up into an election would be after the 2000 election, when there was an alarming uncertainty about exactly who just won.
Hillary, and many of her minions consider this election already won by their side. But don’t select the drapes just yet, Ms Clinton. It’s not over by any means.

A Trump in the hand is better than a herd of RINOs in the Shrubbery/Bushes!

I think Trump will do the unexpected in tonight’s debate. The expected would be to attack Hillary for her actual evil deeds, including not just supporting her rapist husband, but actually intimidating the rape victims.

I’m thinking that instead Trump pivots to the high road and states that the American people are tired of this sort of gutter politics designed only to protect the political elite and their corporatists like Goldman Sachs. That he is in this race to champion the cause of the American people. Something the ruling elites have forgotten about.

Sorry ladies, any guy that says he has never engaged in a conversation similar to the one Trump was recorded saying is, unless he is blind and deaf - or possibly a homosexual - simply lying.

You’ve all been ogled, mentally undressed and fantasied about many, many, many times. The only way that is not true is is you are so incredible loathsome and even then - guys would ask each other - “Can you imagine doing her?” The vast majority of the time it stops there. Sometimes, it got you asked out for a date.

They might not have used the words Trump used or been quite so explicit but every man, at sometime, to some degree has done this.

This isn’t a scandal. It’s biology.

The establishment have looked for any excuse to get Trump off the ticket ever since he embarrassed them by winning the nomination.

Ryan and Cruz are getting a taste of reality - traitors can be unmasked and suffer the consequences. There are a few “Republicans” I am prepared to wage war against via “punditry” and cash donations to their opponents.

This is a suprisingly good article with a good analysis of what is happening.

For instance: "Ryan focused on ... his six-point congressional agenda called 'A Better Way.' But the hecklers would not relent].

Oh that does it. This B-D two-faced sell-out Congresscritter who passed Obama's budget without so much as a puppy-whimper, is now offering his own six-point plan. We just do not want to know.

Ryan ...has a Boy Scout reputation

House of Cards anyone. All the swirling scandals and money and pay for play and incompetence, and our speaker of the house is a Boy Scout. Maybe one of Gate's new breed boy scouts.

All the stories about the Clinton’s have been around for a long time, nothing new.

Everyone needs to wake up and realize the Clinton’s are suckering all the Trump supporters into talking about anything except issues that matter.

It is a masterful political move by the Clinton’s to distract from Hillary’s liberal and immoral philosophy that she intends to take to the White House.

Think about it - who is in charge of the debate? Who is setting the agenda? The Clinton’s are using the media to decide what we talk about. FR posts are a perfect example of being led by the nose by them.

Trump needs to convince the undecided to ignore the personal and think about borders, Supreme Court, tax reform, security, and jobs.

That’s it, 5 points, no more. Hammer them home, talk about nothing else.
