Just saw the entire Trump / Billy Bush tape on CNN and it was an eye opener versus reading the transcript.
I admit I was worried about the impact of the transcript, and still am. But ... after watching and listening, it is 100% obvious Trump was goofing and giggling around, being silly, light-hearted and playful, and Billy Bush was giggling uncontrollably because Trump was being totally silly to entertain him.
Even the story about pursuing some married woman was pretty lightly related, but that part did sound like it's based on a real life Donald attempted and failed flirtation.
The rest of it was NOT any kind of serious statement about being able to "grope" women. He is joking about taking a tic tac in case he uncontrollably starts kissing beautiful women. That's when the laughing starts. Then it's a bunch of sophomoric playing about how "stars" can do anything they want and women allow it, including grabbing their *****. His audience is agreeing and giggling along throughout because they are being silly together.
This horseplay continues with Trump joking about how he best not fall out of the bus like the time Gerald Ford fell over.
You can criticize him for playing around and joking in a crass way, but it was all silly boys' talk. This was not even remotely a serious comment about kissing women without permission or anything like it. The whole thing was a joke and I defy anyone listening to it to say otherwise.
Yes it does matter, most of us with a sense of humor have entertained men and women alike by being completely and outrageously silly, and that's what this was.

I couldn’t care less. If this is some big “gotcha” from the RATS, it’s a bust. Do they really think anybody will change their vote over such nonsense? It just gives us a chance to remind voters that Bill Clinton is a serial rapist and his wife lied for him.
What is laughable, if not deplorable, is watching the purveyors of death, taxes, and sexual deviance act morally outraged over Trump’s remarks of the distant past.
It was trash talk, yet Hillary and her media minions are presenting it as evidence that Trump assaulted women.
We are in for a bumpy ride to Election Day.
Keep in mind that it was all set-up by Billy Bush.

So far this year we have seen Barbara Bush say that she does not see how a woman could vote for Trump, we saw Jeb Bush challenge Trump for the GOP nomination, we have heard about G.H.W. Bush endorsing Hillary and we know one of the Bush Twins is supporting Hillary.
And now, Billy Bush emerges in a Washington Post/DNC video designed to destroy Trump.
It was boorish behavior... yes. But is it as big of thing as the press is trying to make it? I don’t think so... time will tell if the electorate agrees with me or not.
I watch the video and honestly though, that’s the worst they have? I’ve heard 100 times worse, and I am sure I have probably said 100 times worse in my lifetime. Doesn’t make it right, but hardly is it the end of the world.
I think the media going so insanely over the top with this, is going to backfire, and Trump will likely be fine if not stronger... We shall see... but honestly after watching the footage and then looking at the headlines, the headlines seem like completely ginned up nonsense.
Yes, Trump acted boorish, but hardly was he advocating folks go out and assault women etc etc etc...
If only the press would get so worked up over a man accused of rape running for the presidency as a few seconds of hot mic locker room boorishness.

Exactly, and I think because they are so grossly overplaying some boorish comments, as if it is Trump out there advocating folks go assault women, and the disparity between the reality and the reporting is so ludicrous, I think it will backfire on them.
This isn’t the old days, folks can go see and listen to the raw footage.. and if they do they hear a boorish locker room conversation, they don’t hear some guy out there advocating violence against women.. but that’s how the press is trying to spin it, and I think the gulf between reality and the press reporting is so vast, I don’t think its going to have the desired impact.
We shall see.
Of course it was joking around. Any and all testosterone driven men have done the same exact stuff and worse when they’re alone with their like minded friends and we all know that.
The real issue here is what type of creeps would reveal such a tape to try and destroy DJT. Real evil is behind this leak and it leads right to Hillary Rotten Clinton.
Billy Bush could not have known 11 years ago that Trump would run for president. Coincidence. Billy is simply an obnoxious entertainment host with a large hate group of his own.

There are going to be one after the other women out there who are going to come forth now and pile on their stories that Trump actually did grope them like he described.. This was all planned long ago and Trump evidently has a history of coming onto to women in a way not becoming a gentleman you might say.. this isn’t going to end good IMHO

Clinton supporters actually believe that a conversation that all normal, heterosexual, red-blooded American men have in a locker room is so shocking that it will drive voters away from Trump and towards a woman who helped silence the women that her husband sexually assaulted?
They really believe no one is going to bring that up?

When is the media going to reveal all the trips Bill made on the pedophile’s airplane .. where they have one part of the plane that has a bedroom in it - FOR GROUP SEX WITH CHILDREN.
When they are willing to expose all that trash and filthy activity by the Clinton family .. only then will I even consider listening to their “news” programs. The media is just as filthy as the Clintons.
