the Denver-based tech who destroyed subpoenaed emails from Clinton’s server allegedly lied to FBI agents after he got an immunity deal.

Correct me if I'm wrong but immunity deals are put in place to ensure truthful testimony without invokation of the 5th amendment but they do NOT provide immunity from perjury. What am I missing?

Oh, I bet the guys testimony wasn't sworn so no perjury risk either. I'll say this, when the FBI covers up a crime, they cover every possibility. Masterfully played, Comey.

Lying to the FBI or Congress is a felony regardless of whether an oath was administered. That’s why the FBI didn’t even make notes about Hillary’s answers to the FBI.
