Human trafficking may rarely be the case but most these prostitutes are criminals. My guess is that there are about to be a lot more young prostitutes in California.

It is those who purchase (or try to purchase) sexual services form minors who should be arrested and charged with sexual assault with a minor.
Even cases not involving a minor, if prostitution is illegal, it should be illegal for both parties, not just one.

California’s loony toon legislators were sold the idea that decriminalizing prostitution for minors would keep the younger pros from carrying criminal records with them into adulthood if they are arrested. The assumption is that they are all trafficked into the sex trade and I don’t disagree with that.
