FBI Director James Comey admitted in his testimony before the House Judiciary Committee that they found "some" classified emails on the computers of longtime Hillary Clinton confidante Cheryl Mills and another top aide. Both aides, however, were given immunity in the case, which conveniently protects them from being prosecuted from anything found on their computers.
When asked if these classified emails constituted a crime, Comey first dodged the question asking if what was a crime, and then offered a somewhat roundabout response: youd have to know what were the circumstances... [and] the intention around it.
But House Republicans charge that its a cover up. Mills, they believe, is the lawyer who oversaw the scrubbing of Mrs. Clintons email archive.

Comey belongs in his own cellblock
They found some weak, greedy fool, bought him, then gave him authority. You CAN'T bribe someone who is not a public official. So bribe him first, then appoint him. It's brilliant, or should I say, very slick.
If the FBI wanted to nail perps in this case, i.e. if Republicans had done the same, all the hides would be nailed to the wall long ago.
but trump called a female beauty contestant a pig...now that is real news
His first run-in came in the mid-1990s, when he joined the Senate Whitewater Committee as a deputy special counsel. There he dug into allegations that the Clintons took part in a fraud connected to a Arkansas real estate venture gone bust. No charges were ever brought against either Clinton..."
"In 2002, Comey, then a federal prosecutor, took over an investigation into President Bill Clinton's 2001 pardon of financier Marc Rich, who had been indicted on a laundry list of charges before fleeing the country. ..."

How Comey can ever maintain his dignity and honor in public life is a total mystery to me.
If you don’t have either, you don’t have to maintain it......
Comey had a choice, gold or lead. Even a small kid can fihure it out.
The District of Corruption Good Old Boys and Girls Club has got their member’s asses covered regardless of which party they belong to. They aren’t going to allow Trump mess up their massive money making gig in DC. It’s them against us, the taxpayers.
History will judge Comey & it will not be kind.
Since when does intention when willfully committing felonies count? They committed crimes and ignorance of the law is no excuse.
He should have continued, "...and since we'll never know what the circumstances were (since we've given everyone immunity and have thus lost all leverage), and since it's impossible - without telepathic powers - to know what the intention was..."
Honestly, why is Comey's F.B.I. still investigating this? He has already exonerated the main culprit (H. Clinton); is he maybe hoping to snag some underling on some minor technicality?
Regards,
You might add....how a GOP favored senate can simply look the other way and pretend that he’s not impeachable at this point. If this were Brazil or France....he’d be dragged in by prosecutors and charged.
I wish these slime sucking Siberian snow lizards could be judged by something other than just history. 😠😡👺
Oh, I see! “They’re guilty, but we granted them immunity anyway because they’re democrats!” Got it!
The only satisfaction I’m getting right now is watching congress make him twist in the wind....he looks & sounds like an utter fool.
Since he IS an utter fool, it's not difficult to make him look like one. I think he is an absolute piece of sh!t. But hey, I don't have any strong opinions. 😆
Yes...he’s that too & more.
