Pot is illegal still under Federal law. State laws cannot circumvent Federal laws. The only reason folks are still allowed to legally purchase pot in these states is that the Feds have not challenged it in court. If they do, the court would then have no choice but to rule these state laws allowing legal purchases of pot unconstitutional due to the state laws violating Federal law.
This is NOT a 10th amendment issue.

This isn’t a 10th amendment issue. State laws cannot supersede Federal law and pot is still illegal under Federal drug laws.
Only reason pot is legal in these states is due to the Feds not challenging it in court. If they did, these legal pot laws would be thrown out as unconstitutional due to their violating Federal drug law!
A**hat watch what you call me. I believe the states should control what is not delegated to the Feds in the Constitution. I never agree with the Obamas nor with idiots who say I do. I don’t think Cankles, Moochele nor any fed has the Constituional right to take over state issues or private, personal decisions. I deplore drugs by the way.
