Lester knew he had to punch his liberal ticket at the debate to be able to return to the fold after the event ended. He saw what happened to Matt Lauer. All that talk before hand about Holt being a Republican was garbage. Anyone with any common sense knew better.
It’s my opinion that she was indeed signaling Holt. Factor this in with another thread observing that she had a legal pad full of notes when she did little or no writing (at least that I saw) during the debate.
