Testifying before the House Judiciary Committee Wednesday, FBI Director James Comey revealed it wasn't the FBI that granted longtime Clinton aide and attorney Cheryl Mills immunity during the criminal investigation of Secretary Clinton's private email server. Instead, it was granted by prosecutors at the Department of Justice.
"Who authorized granting Cheryl Mills immunity?" Rep. John Sensenbrenner asked.
"It's a decision made by the Department of Justice, I don't know at what level inside," Comey responded. "In our investigations, any kind of immunity comes from the prosecutors, not the investigators."

Congress needs to get names of who granted immunity to Mills etc. and get them to testify under oath.
If Hillary! didn’t do anything wrong, why does Cheryl Mills need immunity?
But in Director Comey’s actions he handed the DoJ a clear foundation on which the DoJ could build their duplicity. No direct claim of wrongdoing by the FBI adds a lot of weight in the DoJ argument.
But in the end, it turned out to be just an inoculation for Mills should another administration come into power. She is protected now - at least for anything that came off her laptop. That’s why all those immunity gifts were handed out.
The FBI can get Immunity?
It’s not the DOJ but the DOO ... Department Of Obama.

Now she’ll ignore their subpoena’s. The cover up is anything but subtle. Where’s the media?
I’m a layman here. But why does an immunity under Obama’s DOJ stop anything in an9ther administration?
What DOJ prosecutors? I thought Comey didn't recommend prosecution?
This is the ‘Art of Bureaucratic Government’, no one is held directly responsible for government actions. With no one ‘responsible’ no one can be fired and thus one is protected. The larger the government, the more diffuse the responsibility and the easier this tactic works.
Unfortunately, this gives a built-in institutional advantage to the Statists of the majority of the Democrats and the UniParty eGOP! We have seen this clearly in the activist processes from Lois Learner & compatriots at the IRS, Eric Holder (DoJ), EPA and on and on and on!
Because it is a binding legal instrument once executed.
Consider if an indictment, trial and sentencing were carried out for a person during one administration. Just because another administration comes in can they just say it wasn’t good and ignore it? No.
Because she’s BLACK, the BLACK JUST US Dept SAVED her ass from PRISON where she belongs!

The MSM refer to him as the FBI Director and they leave the words Comey out. Must sound too close to Comedy for their liking.
So if you add a D for Democrat to his name you get the Comedy.
The question not asked, and not answered, is who actually requested the immunity. Was it the FBI, or was it the Hillary team, with inside access to the DOJ forcing it upon the FBI.
