She violated the agreement. She did not give any information in return.
It was the laptop; they got that. Besides, what difference would that make - at that point.
The purpose wasn’t to get the laptop or her testimony in which she’d lie. The purpose was to immunize her. It was the legal equivalent of a Presidential Pardon without the stigma in my opinion.
