Well gee, wish you had posted stuff—maybe you did and I missed it. Had I known 2 years ago, I would have been working diligently to change this. Twice the House has stopped this going forward...So you knew but many, many did not—one person posted today that their senator satellite office did not know about the bill. It has not been in the news—the news is full of endless debate autopsy, terrorism, and police rioting...no time for coverage of this. Obama is letting clock run out on this—like has often done in past—do the American people have the will to stop it?

With all due respect, unlike you, I am not willing to give up until the end, then I can say I tried—and if I can face my grandkids, kids and my maker and say I did my best, I think that is far more satisfying than “ I was aware of this for a year, maybe two...bladadada” What did you do when you knew? is what is important to me and my family too ...

The House gained 10 more co-sponsors this week. Even my Congressman is “thinking about co-sponsoring it” ~ he never announces a position before a vote, so fact that he is up for re-election is making the difference IMHO.

Unlike the Senate, The ENTIRE HOUSE IS UP FOR RE-ELECTION...SO THEY MIGHT BE MORE RECEPTIVE TO WE THE PEOPLE—BUT WE THE PEOPLE HAVE TO MAKE AN EFFORT...

Duffy’s office is working on this relentlessly and they maintain that House leadership (Ryan) is supportive as they both are Wisco colleagues...Duffy’s office asked people to please call local congresscritters and ask them to co-sponsor the bill HR5418. They, like Gaffney , believe Democrats need to be pressured as well.

Cruz office says keep the pressure on the GOP leadership—McConnell...need to bring a final vote to floor on Friday with Protecting Internet Freedom Act in the bill.

We may lose the internet, and that will be very sad and ad ramifications going forward. However, I am sorry I won’t share a smug defeatist attitude.
