(KUTV) Researchers at the University of Utah say there's a strong case to impeach Donald Trump, should he be elected as president.
Law professor Christopher Peterson said he found ample evidence to charge the Republican candidate with fraud and racketeering, both of which are considered felonies within state and federal law.

Preemptive impeachment now? What an asshole. I thought Utah was free of morons of this stripe.
No problem, Pence would be acceptable.
Trump probably needed to settle the cases and move on...put a 100mill in a fund and settle all complainants out of it.
I'll look forward to heading up an investigation
about this in my usual thorough and impartial way.
Those who can do, those who cant, teach, & those who can't teach become democrat politicians
Obama could start this rolling, if only Obama had a birth certificate to stand on.
Liberals don’t get that impeachment is a political process carried out be congress. Impeachment is not a legal process carried out by the justice branch.
There is ample from Hillary’s “foundation deals” to have her impeached as well including her past dealings with her Emails while SOS. Congress can impeach her just on those issues as well on the grounds that she is incompetent to hold high office as demonstrated by her past failures!
True - my quip was due to the "brain" behind the impeachment idea being labeled as "professor".
He looks like the guy that gets slime on his teeth while teaching with halitosis that would rival a yak’s exhalations!
He never looked.
Maybe you could just cut off his ear.:-)
“Fraud and racketeering? Let me guess ... it started out as Hes not Mormon and spell-check changed it.”
I hereby nominate you for the funniest Freeper line of the day!

Yes, get a GOP Congress to do that!
It’s a gift.
You just know that he was picked on relentlessly as a child.
Trump has no influence on the DoJ like Hillary and Obama. Why hasn’t he already been charged or just charge him now?
I’m sure Mr Trump is terrified.
Well we had similar fantasies of impeaching Obama also, before he was elected. It helps to ease the pain and pretend that we can somehow make it go away.
