The debate Monday evening has to start addressing what has happened the last two weekends in America: terror attacks. The latest one came in Burlington, Washington where four American women and one man lost their lives.
As we reported yesterday, 20-year-old Arcan Cetin, a Turkish national who and immigrated to the U.S., shot four women and one man at the Cascade Mall in Burlington Friday evening. He was not unknown to police as he had previously been arrested for assault and faced three domestic violence charges against his stepfather which were later dropped. He was also arrested for drunken driving and court records show Cetin was told by a judge on Dec. 29 that he was not allowed to possess a firearm.

Their narrative will be to try to turn things around for her and say Trump was the one who showed low energy or faltered.

You know which line in there I love? His point about Benghazi. If there is any C in C question, she is finished if he says,
“Hillary, you abandoned our heroes in Benghazi, left them there to DIE, and then lied about it to the American people. You lied about it to the faces of the parents at the moment they received their sons back IN COFFINS.”
Nothing else needs be said.
But he could add, “She’s unfit to be commander in Chief.” To the camera.
If she fights him on this, which how could she, he has only to say, “This is established fact. The media knows this. They won’t SAY it, but they know that is the truth.”
She has to try to talk for an hour and a half without triggering a coughing jag. That is going to make her voice sound stranger than normal.

Actually, for me, the title has been a given for quite a while.
All he has to do is “act presidential” and he’s in. that is the only thing that the non-illary-drones are looking for as an excuse to vote for him. and it also may cause a few illary drones to just stay home.
And if she face plants, well, he needs to just act concerned but otherwise just smile and nod.
Oh, I'm quite sure that is the intention. But over 100 million people will be watching this live and unfiltered tonight. Perhaps the biggest TV audience in history. At least the biggest audience for a national presidential debate.
I'm quite sure Donald Trump has been well-prepared for everything that they can throw at him. If he maintains his composure, flashes his winning smile, and sticks to the issues that have gotten him traction so far (illegal immigration, trade, jobs, law and order), the American people will see right through the dirty tricks and tactics of Crooked Hillary and her bought-and-paid for media shills.
90 minutes of Trump live and unfiltered. The floundering HRC campaign is making a risky gamble that Trump will commit a major blunder. It's the only chance they have right now to get back in the game. It's a risky gamble because more likely, it will be Cankles that becomes unhinged and screechy.
If she was ahead in this race, there would be no debate. She'd find a reason not to have them and then she'd sit on her lead and run out the clock. But her campaign is unraveling and is in free fall.
AMERICANS ARE SICK OF THE TERRORISM. Form a public terrorism squad that is massive in scope of former or current police officers, military officers, and other segments of society where they have undergone combat training, psychological assessment, and military type training and let them carry everywhere. Not only will we get rid of your terrorism problem quickly but they will come to fear the invisible squad who walks among them that to help them meet their 72 virgins at any moments notice. No more BS. No more PC. No more terrorists.

My thought is that this election is not about policy, foreign or otherwise. It is about the mood of the electorate to turn away from the politicians and finally try our luck with a successful businessman. These talking heads think it is still about what has always mattered in DC and elections in the past....and has always failed.
One of my favorite lines from The Moody Blues song, "I Know You're Out There Somewhere", is appropriate here. "....that there are none so blind as those who will not see...."

I suspect that Trump is being set up for the biggest surprise attack since Custer got jumped at the Little Bighorn.
Hillary (thanks to the drugs and hidden earbud) will look and sound great. Trump will get nothing but questions like: “Yes or No....are you still beating your wife?”
It is a Pre-planned massacre.
Have faith. Every GOP candidate walks into that situation. At least now we have one that knows how to stand up for himself, unlike we have had for almost thirty years.

Lester Holt is, above all, a journalist. I have never worked with him, but several people who have say he is above the politics, no matter what his political leanings are. I think you’re going to be very surprised by his performance tonight.
