Sigh, I guess states can no longer set or control their own voting eligibility requirements.

voters were taken off the registration rolls after six years of not voting and these voters can rely on the liberal skunks to vote in their name

This is when the state should just ignore the ruling. What are they going to do, invalidate the entire election?

They should delete the records so they can’t restore the names.

This is overreach by fedgov.

States should ignore it. They get to decide their voter laws and this is not unreasonable by any means. 6 years of no voting action is not unreasonable.

There is no constitutional requirements to keep people on voter roles forever. Nowhere specified. Because sftes determine their voting rules and laws.

After 6 years of total inactivity it's reasonable for a state to suspect that the person has moved or died. Thus such a purge is 100% reasonable.

Since the Feds placed Clinton ABOVE the law, then effectively, there is no law for this country. We are now a lawless banana republic.

Therefore, Ohio needs to IGNORE the Fed ruling and PROCEED accordingly. NULLIFY the Feds. STATES rights. Here’s hoping they do just that!

Many courts are committed to supporting voter fraud. That’s why voter ID laws are always struck down.

One of the first acts of the new congress is to start systematically impeaching all liberal judges and replace them with strict constitutionalists . . . assuming there are any left.

Given Ohio’s timing and approach to thinning out the “unqualified” voters, it seems like Ohio officials wanted the court to stop them.

Corrections, insights welcome.
