Call me old fashioned but I think if you are convicted of a felony you should not be allowed to carry a badge and a gun and be a cop ever again. (you can have a gun for self defense AFTER a period of time but never again should you be trusted to enforce the law.)
And that justifies shooting him? If so, then why did they wait so long before firing?
