O'Brien chairs the Clinton Foundation's Global Initiative---Haiti Action Network.

US tax dollars from the State Dept poured into O'Brien's coffers thanks to
the Clintons. O'Brien made so much money in Haiti he took out 650 million
dollars worth of dividends for himself in 2014 alone.

Clinton in Haiti is invariably standing before a Digicel sign.
You can bet your smartphone the Clintons get a cut of that action.

And honestly, that’s fine. Because all corruption needs to be brought to light and have a no tolerance policy. But, promoting a charity does not necessarily mean they gained from the corruption, nor does it mean they were aware of corruption. But, an investigation should be begin and let the law and order chips fall where they may.

Money-hungry Digicel's Haitian cell phone business also benefited from $26.5 million in financing from the World Bank - affiliated International Finance Corporation. Hillary also tapped the Sate Dept's USAID agency for more tax dollars for the tax-evading billionaire.

The State Dept's USAID Food for Peace program, was under the direct control of Hillary Clinton’s top aide Cheryl Mills.

“The Clintons and their cronies were running Haiti. As Special Envoy, and Co-Chair of the Interim Haiti Recovery Commission IHRC, Clinton made all the decisions. Nothing happened there without his imprimatur. Nothing. No reconstruction contracts were approved, no money was paid out unless Bill okay-ed them.

And Hillary's top aide Cheryl Mills was right behind him, traveling to Haiti thirty times herself. Mills live-in, and father of her children, scored big rebuilding/retooling Haiti's schools (as a govt contractor?)"

NOTE: Hillary's bro said some "guy gave him" 10,000 acres in Haiti, plus bro got a rare permit to mine gold in Haiti.

The Haiti Relief Fund is estimated to have collected $5.3 billion over two years and $9.9 billion over three years, without reconstructing much of anything.....all controlled by the Clintons.

So where is the money?

How much IHRC money was wire-transferred offshore into LLC accounts.....and other financial instruments for the greedy bunch controlling the levers of income and outgo. You can bet these crooks used the Madoff MO.

On April 14, Michelle Obama made a special trip to Haiti, and the next day the deal was done. The vote was 9 away, 2 abstaining, 1 no, and 13 yes.
