I personally saw Trump’s motorcade yesterday in NYC. I was just inches away and filmed the whole thing. No ambulance
from the pics you posted, I would say you had a front row seat. Good for you!!

I have been to hundreds of FBOs all over the country and world. Not unusual to have an empty tarmac especially when there is a VIP requiring security or just during different times of the day.
