Note the careful wording, particularly the stipulation of “this year” in the last paragraph of the doctor’s letter.
Everything in the report can be true, just not the whole truth. We all know that the Clintons are skilled in the half-lie.

Your observation is correct. Either she didn’t have bacterial pneumonia, or they fudged the oxygen results.
Did her doctor say where she is supposed to have had the X-ray done?
Hypothyroidism is often accompanied by low blood pressure.

That being said....first off, I don't for one minute believe much of what anyone officially connected to the Clinton's say's.
Secondly, I don't for one minute believe the PNA diagnosis....
Thirdly something else is going on with her...and it's a serious health issue.

And, to provide a vivid contrast, I just ran 4 miles today and will soon run a 10K (6+miles) race. I do them all the time.
My pulse oximetry is typically 98 -99%. As an athlete with absolutely, squeaky clear lungs when the nurse sees the 99 (sometimes 98) percent, there is always a nice comment.
Hillary, who cannot climb a brief case of stairs, who does not know what the inside of a gym looks like, and who coughs like a steam locomotive claims to have my blood oxygen.
Hillary would rather lie than tell the truth, even when it's obvious that she's lying, and the truth would serve her better.
