Jacquelyn Lopez from Perkins Cole law firm sent the email to DNC officials.
From the email, via Free Republic:
Can we set up a time for a very brief call to go over our process for handling donations from donors who have given us pay to play letters? Want to make sure we have a robust process in place to make sure that donations that come in from those donors, in any form, get put into the operating account.
Let me know when would be a good time for you all.
Thanks, Jackie

What I find interesting is the way she strongly insists that these donations "get put in the operating account". Where else would they go? Someone's pocket?
It’s how Obama voters roll also, pay for votes.
This article summarizes the four principal federal Pay-to-Play Rules currently in effect: Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 206(4)-5 (the "SEC Rule"); Municipal Securities Rule Making Board Rule G-37 (the "MSRB Rule"); Commodity Futures Trading Commission Regulation 23.451 (the "CFTC Rule"); and SEC Rule 15Fh-6 applicable to SBS dealers and major securities-based swap participants.
Impact of Pay-to-Play Rules in the 2016 Election Cycle
The use of the phrase "pay to play" in a letter from a lawyer is not a smoking gun. The illegal activites are hidden, and not written about openly.
If you wanted to take down the US you'd have to first destroy everything that people believe and have faith in, and replace it with something utopian, like UN style Globalism. Obama has been systematically doing that with assaults on wealth, banking, religion, education, technology, small business, healthcare, etc ad nauseum.
Obama has never never been about the D party. In fact I think he has more contempt for it than he does for the Rs. Why? Because they co-opted the 'struggle', made it 'retail politics' and profited from it. Basically they took radicalism and made it mainstream. That's got to burn a true believer like Obama.
My observation on a similar point in another thread:
Snowden is a creation of Obama. Snowden was the conduit to weaken the US and a plausible way to pass US secrets to Putin, right under our noses.
Snowden spent the Obama years in Russia; the central purpose of his 'visit' was to coordinate the breakdown Americans' trust in all facets of society (revealing spying, corruption, bad acts of previous administrations), to make way for the Utopians you know, the guys who believe in the UN.
The other thing that Snowden accomplished was to cement Obama's (really, Valerie Jarrett's) stranglehold on the DNC. They can blame Trump and his 'Russian Connections' all they want the anti-Hillary stuff is coming from the White House.
I maintain that she is ballot box poison and can't win it, but she can sure as hell steal it.
Could you post a similar list for Bush? for Bill Clinton?
Indeed, it’s been at least a month. These “smoking guns” aren’t going to change anybody’s vote one way or the other.

Jeh Johnson parlayed that four hundred thousand into a forty billion dollar jackpot.
Homeland Security seeks $41.2 billion budget for 2016
February 4, 2015 By BioPrepWatch Reports
Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson announced a $41.2 billion budget request Monday for the 2016 fiscal year.
The budget would improve the unity of effort at the department, Johnson said, focusing on harmonizing DHS business processes. Along with the budget, a new Common Appropriations Structure was also submitted to Congress, which would standardize financial planning, programming and budgets for all DH agencies, Johnson said.
There are five areas the department focuses on each year, and the budget is in alignment with those five missions, Johnson said.
<><> The first mission is to prevent terrorism and enhance security in the country by implementing security for the land, air and at sea.
<><> The next mission is to secure and manage the countrys borders, and reduce the number of illegal immigrants and amount of contraband getting into the United States.
<><> The third mission includes enforcing and administering immigration laws and providing safe and secure detention of illegal immigrants in federal custody if they are a flight risk or a public safety concern.
<><> The fourth mission deals with safeguarding and securing cyberspace, which impacts economic security. The 2016 budget would invest in technology and staff to reduce cybercrime and improve the security of federal network defenses.
<><> The fifth mission, Johnson said, is to strengthen national preparedness and resilience so the country can prepare and respond to any type of disaster.
Johnson said before Congress approves any funding for the next fiscal year lawmakers should approve funding for the current year.
The Presidents FY 2016 Budget provides the resources necessary for the Department of Homeland Security to further strengthen our efforts to fulfill our wide-ranging missions, while also being agile and vigilant in the face of ever-evolving threats and recent world events, Johnson said. But prior to acting on the FY 2016 Budget, I urge Congress to fully fund DHS for the rest of this fiscal year, as the current continuing resolution is disruptive, creates uncertainty, and impedes efficient resource planning and execution.

We demand to know where the money is going.
No; the real smoking gun is Colin Powell calling Trump a “national disgrace.” I know that because the Today show told me.
This isn’t the way it’s supposed to work for “charities”. Donating to a party is one thing. Donating pay to pay for a charity is completely different.
Even when the donation isn’t to a political group, but to a charity? That’s the part that makes this illegal.
*Pay to play.
