Hillary Clinton received what appears to be a neurological test prior to her leaving and collapsing at a 9/11 commemoration ceremony Sunday.
Clintons personal physician, Dr. Lisa Bardack, is seen in the image with her finger in Clintons closed fist, talking to her intently.
That looks photo shopped
I don't have ANY patients on it, because it is considered "quack" medicine.
It is not appropriate care IMO.
I have seen patients on it who are seen by naturopaths.
N.D.'s
Doctors of natural medicine.
They prescribe it, because it is, well, natural.
Made from ground up pig thyroid glands.
It may vary from state to state, but NDs can't usually prescribe "real" medicines, like synthroid.
Hillary is also on coumadin, a blood thinner, because she has a long-term clotting disorder.
This requires STRICT monitoring, as you don't want your blood to be too thin (causing spontaneous bleeding), or too thick, causing more clots.
In many patients this needs to be checked monthly.
I'm certain there are MANY people here on FR who get their INR's and TSH levels checked on a regular basis.
I'm standing my my assertion that her "doctor" is incompetent or lying.
I'm not sure which is worse.
The photo has been on my personal hard drive and server since July 2004. In fact, I used to have it posted on my FR personal page--incidentally--before either of you were FR members.
My theory is Multiple Sclerosis.
Thank you for that update! I was actually a Freeper much earlier. But, for reasons that Jim Robinson is aware of, I changed my screen name.
I still think it’s photo shopped, even if it’s an older pic.
I really don’t care what you think. I grabbed the photo from a news site. Perhaps the news site photoshopped the image to make her look a little more evil. I recall thinking she looked like a gestapo agent.
Lol. She def isn’t charming
My mother taught me to say thank you when someone goes out of their way to help another. You might want to try it some time, particularly when someone does your homework for you.
Ain’t no one gonna tell Ivan the Terrible to step aside. She’s got files on all of them and the will to use them - and worse, if need be.
Well if you should know. I ignored my first desire to snipe back at your tone with me and responded in good humor. I don’t do drama. I’m too sick for that.
As a RN I’ve performed IV re-hydration on hundreds of severely dehydrated patients. When dehydration is severe enough to cause a syncopal episode you would need at least 2-3 liters of IV fluid infused as quickly as possible, provided there is no heart failure. The fastest an IV pump will will infuse is 999 mL per hour (at least the pumps I work with). It would have taken at least 2 hours to re-hydrate her and even after that she still wouldn’t have been as chipper as she was walking out of her daughter’s apartment, especially if she was in renal failure. Dehydration my butt.
Even that won't do it. If she loses this time, she will be mummified and campaign in a sarcophagus in 2020.
Yes, me too, when the doctor saw that my left hand strength was far weaker than my right hand I was immediately admitted to ICU. I was monitored for 24 hours because I was on Pradaxa and it (at that time) had to metabolize for a day before they could attempt surgery. During that day I drifted in and out of awareness and did not even realize that my wife and son were in the room with me. My CAT scan showed a large bleed in the right side of my head between the brain and the skull. The solution in my case was to get off blood thinners. (I am one of those people who bleed where it is difficult to diagnose so blood thinners are a problem.) I won’t say the same is true for Hill, but something similar would account for the neurological episode we saw in the video.
