The episodes we have seen happened when she was outdoors in crowds. She got weird with the noise & balloons. But she got through debates and an hour long DNC debate without incident.
I think she can muddle through the rest of this election cycle if she tightly controls her environment. She will probably have few if any political rallies from now on. No one showed up anyway. She will spend her time on dirty trick tactics and raising money in small groups of rich donors with no cameras present.
She has money, doctors, meds and a “D” by her name. If she is alive she has an electoral lock on a huge swath of the country. The dems can use fraud for the 20 or so major cities in swing states.
I believe she will muddle through. Then ... the question is how does Trump handle this considering she stays in the race?
Hillary powers through the illness like a tank. She’s one tough old broad. Look at her physical prowess. What a display of raw power she is.

Are you saying “my girl” isn’t in top form for this election cycle. Measuring her ability to lie and committ corrupt acts, the standard by which we have known her for her entire public life, she is right at the top of her game.
I say she has every right to continue. She stole her party’s nomination in accordance with that party’s standard — she can keep it and exercise the Clinton Hubris with their typical flourish.

With that looming over this campaign it might be important to think more ‘macro’ most of the time and less ‘micro’.
