It kind of looked like the size and shape of a stainless steel cigarette lighter [the usual plastic ones you buy in the store] - but it didn't act the same when it bounced.

It was the Soros remote control device.
In the smoothie video, it was overloaded by a couple of simultaneous questions and she did not get the device to work so she “jiggled the handle” a couple of times until it started functioning again and she was told to laugh it off.
This time it broke off completely thus releasing her to her own faculties upon which she had a system shutdown.
I think she it either an alien controlled prog or a Sorosbot that replaced her some time around 9/11/2012 when she had a system breakdown and subsequent reload.
Lying as much as she does requires a big data system to keep control of what she has said recently. (it has a limited memory cycle)
It is directly linked to the AP and Reuters news systems so they know what lies to support even before she says them.
That’s just a theory. To believe she is still human is a stretch of any imagination.
