It was on Friday that Michael Medved implored Gary Johnson and Donald Trump to get out of the race. Looks like he might have to reconsider. IF it was pneumonia she’d have been pulled from the campaign trail immediately if not sooner. Pneumonia is nothing to mess around with especially relative to her focus as the Dem nominee.
I would believe the Democrats would have been able to milk such an event, pulling her from the campaign trail to their advantage in sympathy voters as there are enough brain dead females out there along with effeminates, etc.
I believe it’s not pneumonia, but some other affliction, and the plan is to get her into the WH, and then play musical chairs.

She probably could have made it over the finish line but for the schedule. Trump needs to force her to stay active. That will cause her to decline quickly and openly.
She is not fit for office and it will become more obvious if she tries to campaign. Trump should keep traveling to lots of states. Hillary won’t be able to do more than two stops a day. And they will be short ones.
The problem with Biden and Lurch are that the establishment won’t get likely behind those. Biden is a well known nutso-quantity, and there are many — including Gowdy (who said Impeachment of Obama is off the table because “Have you MET Joe Biden)? — who know it. Lurch has a failure on his record, fatal in national politics. I could be wrong; I often am.

It has been suggested that she has Parkinson's, and that pneumonia due to swallowing difficulties is a common cause of death in people in the advanced stages of that disease.
Also that respiratory irritation due to aspirated food and wrongly-swallowed food causes persistent coughing in patients with Parkinson's.
Perhaps he is. But a trial balloon is likely here. Who better to launch such a balloon, then someone you can ridicule as a hoaxter later... should the balloon go flat?

Those people today were not acting like they were with a person in medical distress. They were acting like they saw that sort of episode with such boring regularity that they simply followed a well-rehearsed routine to keep her standing while they hustled her away from public view.
