#Dolphins players Kenny Stills, Michael Thomas, Arian Foster and Jelani Jenkins took a knee during national anthem
Did you see the officials at the Utah/BYU game?
Pansy rulings....play football and hit the other guy with gusto.
Agreed. I’m sure their endorsement deals would go bye-bye along with their contract $$$. The clown in Denver who wouldn’t stand lost an endorsement deal with a local Air Force Credit Union.
Simple solution: don’t spend money or time supporting these spoiled, grossly overpaid children. If they’re not rewarded and gate receipts/ratings plunge, the market will decide.
These f###s can just go get a job.
And don’t forget one fist raised in the air.
I seem to recall a thread on here absolutely lambasting Gabby Douglas for standing at attention for the anthem but not putting her hand over her heart.
Not the fans that were forced to pony up for 4 new stadiums so grown men could get paid millions a year to play a kids game and be worshipped as heroes.
Keep both teams in the locker room till after the anthem.
Goodell is an idiot. You and I aren’t allowed to do political activities at our jobs.
Contact the sponsors of those four players. Pressure to boycott them until they drop their endorsements of the players.
I have watched my last game.
I love American and I served my country. Kneeling is fine because it is a respectful means of speech during the national athem.
Sitting is bullshit and disrespectful.
Standing arms linked is fine also..
..
I however would stand attention everytime!
I’m glad that there is at least one more person who thinks along the same lines.
Cut the beer and ballgames for a week or two would help some of the deluded.
I agree....while i agree the flag is a symbol and people have free speech rights....you do not have them at work.
NFL regulates socks and shoes but not political speech?
Until goodell says knock it off they are free to kneel and even stupidly sit.
It was a “non” loss for the Texans when they released Foster......and a BIG loss for Miami picking him up....:)
African American people? Just wondering.
Kneeling is not fine in my book because of what they have stated it means. They are staging a public protest.
They should do their protesting on their own time, not at the workplace. If they don’t want to participate in the anthem they can stay in the locker room. We need to keep the two issues separate.
What was the fan reaction when any of these guys went on the field to play?
Didn’t notice any pronounced boos - the crowd was probably cheering that the entire Seahawks team stood.
