There are 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi jammers and Bluetooth blockers which can be used by you when you want to get rid of unauthorized wireless networks in your flat or office. It is being done now.
If anybody would know about Hillary’s little helper, it would be Creepy Joe Biden. He has a “thing” for women’s ears.
Why the medal for valor from the Boer War?
To bad they're all phased out in the next 30 days.
Why would anyone at NBC do it?
Hackers get out your devices and lets have some fun at the debates
“Is it possible to scan for something like that?”
Let her wear it.
Just do a broad spectrum transmission , AT FULL VOLUME, of a recording of “It’s a Small World After All”, leading up to the debate.
Then during the debate send “You are getting sleepy, very sleepy. When Donald Trump says ‘Good Evening, Mrs. Clinton’,
you will begin confessing all of your crimes...”
Trump should ask for a search of Hilary’s ears to assure thee is no ear wig
She dare not refuse
The frequencies for these devices are known. Trump’s people should record what is being sent to Hillary and then release the tapes. Better still block the transmissions
Maybe tap into the signal and pipe in some voices from the past, Vince Foster to Seth Rich and everyone in between.
Depends?

I could be mistaken, but I sense that you are not qualified to say anything at all about the technical requirements for jamming frequency-hopped spread spectrum communications systems. Best to stick to your own areas of expertise.
You are not mistaken, but the comments were rather humorous in their ignorance.
Thanks for missing the point, and also being unfriendly for no reason.

“it would be really interesting to have a high-quality scanner in the venue. Those folks talking about taking a jammer would be ill advised to do so, as triangulating on such a signal would be childs play for the SS.”
not if trump wears a jammer :D
