Those guards didn’t kill anyone. They were performing post natal abortions.

The legislature should rewrite liability law to preclude women from bringing actions against a physician who does not have current admitting privileges at a hospital.

Funny. Which agency does Planned Parenthood belong to, anyway?

I keep wracking my head trying to find any other “constitutional right” that only some Americans are eligible for. If abortion is truly a constitutional right, a provision should be established whereby an impregnating male can exercise his right to an abortion through a declaration of foregone fatherhood. It’s just so unreasonable that a woman can force a man to become a father without his consent.

Gov. Scott Walker and GOP lawmakers in 2013 approved a measure requiring doctors who perform abortions to have admitting privileges at hospitals within 30 miles of where they perform the procedure.
U.S. District Judge William Conley in Madison blocked the law as soon as it took effect and ultimately found it violated the constitutional right to seek abortions. Schimel appealed, but the 7th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals upheld the ruling and the U.S. Supreme Court declined to take the case.
The June decision by the nations high court to refuse to take the Wisconsin case came a day after it ruled a similar provision of a Texas law was unconstitutional.

The first woman to die as a result of this decision will be memorialized on this thread,

The more the excuses are winnowed away, the more it looks like the infant sacrifices of the bad old days.

Maybe the lefties are counting on this never happening because of fury at the woman (”she had it coming to her”). And in some cases there WILL be such fury, even if it undermines an important political cause that could push abortion back.
