Social “justice” trophy hunting.
Trump needs to spearhead the backing of this out of Federal law, because it has been abused so.

How often does the ACLU have to pay for the gummit lawyers when it loses even frivolously? (Never)

It’s a Federal law. I do not know what constitutional provision it claims to rest on, but being only a law it can be repealed.

And these wonderful social justice warriors have only the evil that they have taken under their wings to thank for this.

Gov. Scott Walker and GOP lawmakers in 2013 approved a measure requiring doctors who perform abortions to have admitting privileges at hospitals within 30 miles of where they perform the procedure. U.S. District Judge William Conley in Madison blocked the law as soon as it took effect and ultimately found it violated the constitutional right to seek abortions. Why does this judge want to see women maimed and killed by botched abortions from Planned Parenthood butchers who don't have or refuse to seek medical admissions to hospitals for their patients in emergency situations?

It’s outcome-based jurisprudence. Even THIS risk has to bow before the all controlling right of easy abortions.

How many billions are owed from Democrats blocking US citizens from their Constitutional right to own guns?

So you can see, it really isn’t even about the women “as a whole” even if, hypothetically speaking abortion were some harmless thing in and of itself if done right, like a tonsillectomy. It’s about this ONE agenda.
Passing the babies through the flames to Molech really does seem to trump all. The logical conclusion is inexorable.

No SJW organization touches this with a ten foot pole, but it would be interesting to see the goose’s sauce ladled upon the gander.

The next thing you know, the ACLU, PP, etc will be demanding reparations for the Guards at Auschwitz.
And 15 Federal judges will grant them!

What redress do we Wisconsinite taxpayers have so as to refuse paying the tab? I don't support them. Don't want them here. Happy to see them leave. Why should a dime of my money be sent their way?

Baby murderers and butchers can now sue the taxpayers and win. This is one sick country. To hell with all of the honkyass celebrities. I might move to Canada regardless of who wins the election. This country has turned into a murdering, third world sh*thole. It will pay someday.
