Brrrr! Sounds like fall is in the air up there. Still hot and steamy here but they SAY we’ll cool off this weekend. MIGHT even get some desperately needed rain.

Actually I went with the cheeseburger basket with fries at the VFW and it was magnificent, big time yummy!

It’s been nice. Just wish we could open the doors and let that perfume of rain in...but then we’d have cats all night and I’m sure by now they’ve found their dry spot. They are hardly ever even damp after being out in the rain. Don’t know how they do it. LOL!

Sounds like a yummy lunch. They must have a great kitchen staff at your VFW since you eat there so often. Probably better than a lot of the restaurants there.
Just a day. A visit Aunt Clara and grocery shopping day. Too hot and steamy to want to go out for anything else. We’re ready for cooler weather to move in and stay. We’ve had a couple of teasers recently but it keeps going back to HOT.
