WASHINGTON ― President Barack Obama made history on Tuesday by nominating the first Muslim person to the federal judiciary, Abid Qureshi.
“I am pleased to nominate Mr. Qureshi to serve on the United States District Court bench,” Obama said in a statement. “I am confident he will serve the American people with integrity and a steadfast commitment to justice.”

If McConnell even gives a minute’s consideration to any Obama judge picks at this point in his term, much less a Musquat, the McConnell is even more stupid than I thought.
McCain was born on a US base. That is US territory. He is a US citizen.
Otherwise ALL military members that have a child born overseas, that child is not a natural born citizen? (My son, for example, born on a US base in the UK would not be a natural born citizen?)
McCain is an a$$ but his citizenship is without question.

Not only is this an outrageous in-your-face diss to the American people, but I think it would open the door to a LOT of appeals on decisions Judge Muzzlime made.

I imagine that’s exactly what they will do. Obama gets his in-crowd kudos for being bold and fearless in nominating a Muslim, then the Senate holds it up past 1/20, the nomination dies with this Congress. And everyone here hopes Trump looks elsewhere for his judges.
His comment as quoted in the article is lacking ... “... United States District Court bench.” WHICH United States District Court bench? Or is limited knowledge Obama conflating any USDC bench with the one in the District of Columbia? Within a few short miles of the White House there’s a USDC-for the Eastern District of Virginia, another USDC for the District of Maryland. This is the kind of mistake he makes all the time. He really doesn’t know that much.
I would suspect this guy is Muslim Brotherhood connected. Like Khizr Khan who used his military son’s death in Iraq to attack Trump and attempt to silence opposition to islam, Abid Qureshi, also has ties to the Latham and Watkins’ law firm Washington D.C. offices
Sharia and sharia alike.
Trump would not be the slightest bit P.C. about it. He will give us plain vanilla.
