MOST DEFINITELY! It is an INTENTIONAL DISCLOSURE if she knew he wasn’t cleared. A disclosure in any case. On an unclassified network, both are classified data spills and disclosures that can’t be assumed to be harmless. It is criminal in my opinion.

The other point is that if some of this was TS/SCI - SAP, Sid Vicious’ name had better be appearing on the read-in logs where he was briefed inside a SCIF and signed all the papers. I’d bet money there isn’t such a document.

It’s not just a certain clearance, it’s ‘need to know’. 2 people in different agencies with the same clearance do not have permission to share each other’s information.
