Sidney was the front man for the “foundation”.
He was the one who went out and SOLD the secret items to foreign donors .. as a hook .. to the possibility of more info from Hillary .. for the right amount of dollars.
And .. there has to be some repercussions to Hillary for allowing Sidney to read that “classified” info.
