That would be my guess too. They got the reports, and forwarded them to Blumenthal for his assessment.
If that is the route the info took, a few people definitely belong in jail. The bidding for Obama pardons at the end of his term will be fierce.

But you forget - to Hillary, analysis IS spin. Her only interest in Intel is selling it. To do that, it's got to be spun as valuable. Sidney told her how to do that for specific examples and specific potential customers.
MOST DEFINITELY! It is an INTENTIONAL DISCLOSURE if she knew he wasn’t cleared. A disclosure in any case. On an unclassified network, both are classified data spills and disclosures that can’t be assumed to be harmless. It is criminal in my opinion.
The other point is that if some of this was TS/SCI - SAP, Sid Vicious’ name had better be appearing on the read-in logs where he was briefed inside a SCIF and signed all the papers. I’d bet money there isn’t such a document.

Hillary actually believed that with carefully considered diplomatic efforts and training, the country known as “Libya” could be renamed “Libyoga” and the resulting serenity of the population (once, of course, Khaddafi was gotten rid of) would act as a kind of “serenity seed”, take root, and ultimately blossom as a peace-spreading entity across the entire Mideast. Blumenthal was set up to open a chain of Yoga ashrams where carefully chosen instructors would, over time, cause the entire country to assume a Lotus (or other) position. The theory being that over time, Libyoga would become a paradigm for a new serenity that would spread throughtout the region.

And who’s to say that Blumenthal wasn’t passing the info to a foreign government? He wasn’t authorized to receive this information, and both he and Hillary have committed treason.
