You’re pretty close. Hillary actually believed that with carefully considered diplomatic efforts and training, the country known as “Libya” could be renamed “Libyoga” and the resulting serenity of the population (once, of course, Khaddafi was gotten rid of) would act as a kind of “serenity seed”, take root, and ultimately blossom as a peace-spreading entity across the entire Mideast. Blumenthal was set up to open a chain of Yoga ashrams where carefully chosen instructors would, over time, cause the entire country to assume a Lotus (or other) position. The theory being that over time, Libyoga would become a paradigm for a new serenity that would spread throughtout the region.
